We are an “out-of-network” provider. As a courtesy to our patients, we still submit claims to your insurance on your behalf. That’s right; we do the paperwork for you! We work with your insurance plan in order to reduce your out of pocket costs. And! If your insurance company requires a pre-authorization in advance of your treatment, we can handle all of that paperwork too. Please note, that due to the fact that we are an out of network provider, we are a fee for service practice. Payment is expected at the time of service.

 

 

Some important reminders when it comes to our fees and your insurance plan:

 

• We charge the same fees to all of our patients, regardless of insurance coverage.

• Your policy allowances for a service may be different than our office fees. Please refer to your fee schedule for details.

• Insurance policies vary greatly between companies AND by specific coverage elections within the same companies. This means your coverage may be different than someone else with insurance through the same insurance provider.

• Finally, typical turn around for reimbursement is 3 to 4 weeks for most insurance companies, but some claims may take longer to review.
